Pursuant to the Bylaws and the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements for Mosby Woods Homeowners Association (the “Association”), the annual and budget meeting of the Association will be held at Arnall Middle School, located at 700 Lora Smith Road, Newnan, GA  30265, on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. (the “Annual and Budget Meeting”).
